What to Do If Your Card is Lost or Stolen

During business hours, call the branch office nearest you.

During non-business hours, call 1-800-472-3272, option 2.

If your card is lost or stolen over a weekend it is recommended to move any funds in that account over to another checking account or to your savings, if you have one. Do this by signing on to your online banking account and perform a funds transfer. This will make the funds unavailable on that card until you can get into the bank for further direction.

If you have transactions on your account that you did not originate, please see a customer service representative at your local branch office to dispute the transactions. It will be necessary to block your current card and have a new one issued.

Important Travel Notice

Due to increasing fraudulent debit/ATM card activity, many countries have been blocked. If you are making travel plans inside or outside of the U.S., please be sure to contact your local branch with the dates and destinations of travel to ensure uninterrupted use of your TNBANK cards.
