TNBANK is owned by individual shareholders, and our stock is publicly traded. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is the Transfer Agent for Tennessee Valley Financial Holdings, Inc., the parent company of TNBANK. From time to time, Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company sends communications to our shareholders requesting information required for filings. The request is often to complete a W-9 form with a certified taxpayer identification number as to avoid future withholding on dividend payments.
The Tennessee Valley Financial Holdings, Inc. Annual Shareholder’s Meeting is generally held the 2nd or 3rd Tuesday in May. All shareholders are invited and encouraged to attend.
